Privacy
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, work email, and a description of the process, model, or system you want to discuss. When you submit the form, that information is sent through a third-party form-processing provider to Murray Commerce's email inbox.
Use and consent
Information from an inquiry is used to respond, assess whether Murray Commerce may be able to help, and discuss potential services. It is not sold or used for marketing.
By submitting the contact form, you consent to Murray Commerce using that information for these purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Privacy Contact. Murray Commerce will then delete your inquiry unless it is required to retain it for legal, contractual, or record-keeping purposes.
Service providers and processing location
The website and email communications rely on third-party hosting, security, form-processing, and email providers. These providers may process limited information as needed to operate their services. If you submit an inquiry, it will be handled by the form-processing and email providers.
Information you send to Murray Commerce may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States. Where that happens, it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, and government authorities in that country.
Safeguards and retention
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. The form-processing provider may retain submissions for up to 30 days for delivery and recovery. Murray Commerce retains inquiries only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal and administrative obligations, after which they may be deleted or anonymized.
Cookies and analytics
Murray Commerce does not use advertising cookies or add marketing analytics to this website. Essential technical information and basic traffic data may still be processed by the hosting provider to deliver, measure, and secure the site.
Access, questions, and complaints
You may ask about personal information held by Murray Commerce or request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. Direct privacy questions, requests, or complaints to Chris Murray, Privacy Contact, at privacy@murraycommerce.ca. Murray Commerce will investigate and respond.
